What Lincoln is Thinkin’ - Driver Terrific 13
Driver Terrific 13 - After Martinsville1. Jeff Burton Last Week: (4) Burton's steadiness gets him the top ranking for the first time this year. He followed up his first win with another top five.
2. Dale Earnhardt Jr. (5) Junior had a chance to push for the lead, but pushed too hard in Martinsville. He still finished with his Cup-best 5th top 10 in the first six races.
3. Kyle Busch (1) Rowdy finished 33rd, and may be getting back to the inconsistencies that have plagued him in previous years.
4. Tony Stewart (6) Smoke proved he didn't need back hair to have success - Stewart racked up another top 5 in Martinsville.
5. Kevin Harvick (2) Harvick finished outside the top 10, and drops a few spots because of it.
6. Greg Biffle (3) Biffle had his worst finish of the year... but when that's 20th, you know you're having a good year.
7. Carl Edwards (7) Edwards finished back in the top 10, maybe finally shaking off the bad momentum from the 100 point penalty.
8. Kasey Kahne (8) After four top 10's to start the year, Kahne's missed the last two.
9. Jeff Gordon (13) Did the bye week cure the Hendrick boys' ills? Junior finished 6th, Casey Mears finished 7th, Gordon finished 2nd...
10. Jimmie Johnson (12) and JJ finished 4th. The rest of the teams are hoping Martinsville doesn't start a trend.
11. Denny Hamlin (NR) It seemed Hamlin had been struggling... but he has just one finish outside the top 17 - and that was a 41st. Hamlin should be back in the rankings to stay.
12. Ryan Newman (9) When will he get over the Daytona hangover? He's won more 20 or worse place finish away from falling out.
13. Clint Bowyer (11) Bowyer had a bit better of a run then Kenseth, that keeps the 07 in, and knocks the 17 out.
Fell out of Rankings: Matt Kenseth
Just Missed: Kenseth, Martin Truex Jr.
What do you think of the rankings? Who would you put number one? Tell me what you're thinkin'

The rankings look pretty solid to me. Earnhardt has been consistent, but not particularly impressive. He still has a lot of learning to do.
And Tony Stewart never stops amazing me.
