There is no way Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is ranked 13th. If his last name wasn’t Earnhardt would he be ranked 13. I doubt it. Let him earn something first. Matt Kenseth should be ranked number one. No, he isn’t the best driver, and luck probably played a major factor in him winning at Daytona and California, but he won. He has won 2 of the first 3 races.
