Tourney has been just fine
Some people were complaining this week with the lack of upsets and how this year’s NCAA tournament has been a little boring.To me, it can’t be further from the truth. Sure, there have been some bad games there always is. But the late games Friday through Sunday were as good as it gets.
The Sienna-Ohio State double overtime game was great and that was preceded by the Florida State-Wisconsin overtime battle.
On Saturday, I was able to go to Greensboro to see the UNC-LSU and Duke-Texas games. The intensity and electricity in he building was great and both games were played on such a high level.
And who could forget Gonzaga’s last-second shot to beat Western Kentucky?
On Sunday, you had two of the top four seeds, Louisville and Pitt pushed to limit plus Marquette and Missouri’s game decided in the final second.
I get people want to see upsets and the little guys advance. For me, I want to see teams that actually have a shot to win and all 16 of the teams left have that possibility.
That should make for a fun four days this week.

I agree with you, Lou. The games I have watched have been very entertaing. I watched Cow College get beat by Michigan. Good game. Wisconsin and FSU was another good one. Looking forward to seeing Duke vs Villanova and UNC vs Gonzaga.
The NIT has had some pretty good games too.
