So far, so … sort of good
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a column for the Morning News about my intentions to get healthy in 2008. I've gotten off to a decent start, so I can't complain too much.Six pounds in two weeks doesn't seem like much. But as I've found out, just dropping that little bit of weight makes a big difference. I don't look any different and haven't had to buy any smaller clothes yet, but just dropping those few pounds has already made a difference in how I feel physically and how I feel emotionally, as well. I know there are ways I could lose the weight at a faster pace, but I'm not sold on any of the fad diets that are so popular these days. For instance, although I know a bunch of people who have lost a bunch of weight going low-carb, I don't think that would be wise for me. Just call me old-fashioned if you want, but I simply try to eat pretty balanced every day and exercise as often as I can.
That part hasn't been easy, either. There have been a few days so far when I wanted to exercise, but didn't feel up to it -- did I mention that I'm also a chronic allergy/sinus sufferer as well? But I've done pretty well and have every intention of increasing my exercise time in the coming weeks. In fact, I've already done a little more this week than the first, so that's a good thing.
Until next time, be healthy.

Try Lipo 6 and start some moderate weight training. It works really well in combination with proper exercise and nutrition. One thing that helped me was a heavy bag. Got one at Hibbits. You can pound away the pounds. Make sure to get gloves.
Good luck
