Rare Opportunity (graphic content)
Today I was fortunate enough to be allowed to cover a laproscopic gall bladder surgery with Dr. Anthony Cutry at Carolinas Hospital System. This was an amazing opportunity, these days medical access is very limited to the media, often with good reason. I am grateful to the staff at Carolinas, Dr. Cutry and his surgical team, and most importantly the patient under going the surgery for allowing me to be a part of this procedure. I consider this opportunity a great gift.

What a neat shot! I don’t know if I could’ve stomached it! Looks like those channels devoted to surgery. (And what concentration that doctor must’ve had—how cool!)
