On the eve of the GOP debate

Hello. Florence County government reporter Charles Tomlinson here, preparing to step out of his usual stomping grounds and head to Horry County for the Republican debates. I'll be updating this blog throughout the afternoon and evening tomorrow with what I see and hear in Myrtle Beach, as well as comments and reactions from some notable local folks at the debate.
