Morning Buzz: Wii champ
If you’re a tennis fan, you probably watch the French Open and other big tournaments. But, at a bar in Brooklyn, NY a man from Eugene, OR was holding court. This story comes to us from KVAL in Eugene. Dylan Romero was competing in the “Wiimbeldon” virtual tennis tournament…. And he emerged the Wii winner… beating out more than 120 competitors.Romero told KVAL, he doesn’t even own his own Wii gaming system, but there’s one at his job that employees can play on breaks. You may wonder, why your own office doesn’t have this available to you… well, Romero works at a company that creates video games.
Are you a champ at any video game? I’m not… the closest I’ve been to winning a game is getting to level 8-2 (out of 8-4) in the original Super Mario Bros.

Not a chance..
I’m more of a chump than a champ when it comes to video games..
I all but made a career out of the original Super Mario Bros…
Super Mario Bros was the video game that I enjoyed the most since I started playing them..it holds nowhere near the graphics or the moves of today’s games..but it sure held my attention back then…
