Morning Buzz: Think your fiancé is out-of-this-world?

Looking for a place to tie the knot? How about outer-space? According to http://www.japantoday.com in Japan you can sign up for that starting July 1st. But, you can’t actually schedule the wedding anytime before 2011.

The website says the service will be offered by “Rocketplane XP,” and the space wedding will take place about 65 miles above the Earth’s surface. Sound good? Well… it will cost you more than renting out a local place. The price tag is around $2.2 million US dollars. It also has to be a small wedding with only two guests. You also have to train for 4 days before you can take off?

Would you want a space wedding?

Now if you could just hold out until 2015..when the the Bigelow Areospace private space hotel is opened..

They offer three-week stays on an orbital private space station for about $8-million dollars..

I’m getting the feeling that the waiting list isnt very long at all..

I suppose for some people this would be a once in a lifetime thing..but to me it is taking too many risks and blowing too many millions..

This is alot of money to throw away if that person doesnt end up being a life-long partner..spending this sort of money on an ex wife can cause you many sleepless nights in the future..smile

I think there could be some hurt feelings with a guest list of only two people.

I suppose the couple would have a battle or two over that issue…

To be fair..each partner would have to choose one guest..

It wouldnt be one of those win-win situations you hear about from time to time..it would be a total disaster..

Even tho you get tons of pictures and a video in this package..I wouldnt wanna be around when both families sat down to watch it…

I think you’d do better taking your millions and fly everyone to some exotic location and spoil them all..that way you dont have to answer for it at a later time..you still get married to this person and you both end up with more than two friends..
