Morning Buzz for Friday 3/28/08 - Study shows eating habits differ by gender
Happy Friday! I'll see you this morning between 5 and 7!A telephone study of 14,000 people in the U.S. gathered some interesting results about the eating habits of adults. The Associated Press reports it confirmed conventional wisdom that most men eat more than women, and women eat more fruits and vegetables. But, there were a few exceptions… the survey shoed men were more likely to eat asparagus, brussel sprouts, peas and peanuts. Men also ate more frozen pizza, frozen hamburgers and Mexican food. Women were found more likely to eat eggs, yogurt and fresh hamburgers.
The survey was done in ten states and was a collaboration between state and federal health officials. Health officials say they can’t explain some of the results, like why men eat more asparagus than women.

I thank you for such a gr8 news
