Just gliding along, part two

Well, I told you guys earlier this week about my new pet, but at that time I didn't have any pictures to show you of Eleanor. Thanks to Morning News photographer, Rebecca J. Ducker, now I can show you Eleanor in all her crabby glory.

Here is one of her in her favorite spot on the back of my neck:

And here is one of her perched on top of my head:

Cute, isn't she? Well I just wanted to send these out before I leave to go to bike week. Hope you all have a safe and happy weekend.

Have fun at the beach. Be careful.

Awww that is cute...You should have brought her to stay with Uncle Wolf while you were at the beach..

You’d have been amazed at the bad habits she would have picked up..smile

When are you going to bring her to visit us?

I brought her in Thursday to have these pics taken, but I had to leave before you came in. I’m sorry. I’ll bring her back soon.

She’s so wee! She can’t catch human illnesses, can she? Otherwise, she should stay away from me a little while longer.

She can catch colds and things like that. I’ve had to keep my distance for about a week or two now. The rare times when I did handle her, I used antibacterial cleaser prior to holding her. She actually went to Bike Week with us. She rode in the camper in her cage and hung out there the whole weekend. I’ll bring her back in once this round of colds is over.
She is pretty tiny, she’s only about 3 to 5 inches long excluding her tail right now. She’ll get to be about 6 to 8 inches long once she is full grown.
