It’s the most wonderful time of the year
Christmas, in my opinion, is the most wonderful time of the year. I've already started my holiday shopping, and this year I shopped online for about half of the items on my Christmas list. I have to admit, I'm a little nervous about everything arriving on time. However, I have a Plan B. The plan is to hit the stores immediately if those items aren't shipped on time. I love shopping for my children. Seeing their smiling faces at Christmas makes all the hustle and bustle on my part worth while. I also enjoy gift wrapping. I love to look at all the presents under the Christmas tree wrapped in the wonderful colors of Christmas. Besides the gifts, Christmas is special because it's a time set aside to be with family and friends. Seeing my family means traveling to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where I grew up. I'm actually from a small town called Roebuck, which is in Spartanburg County. Finally, Christmas is about celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. For me and my family that is the true meaning of Christmas. Happy Holidays everyone!
