It’s hard to believe, but some experts say $3 a gallon for gas may soon look cheap! In fact, a top energy forecaster says gas prices could climb another 20 cents a gallon in the next month! For me, that really starts to add up… and I have a mid-size sedan. I can imagine how much it must add up for drivers who have mini-vans or SUVs.

AAA offers these tips to help reduce your trips to the pump:

*Consolidate trips and errands.
*Slow down. The faster the vehicle travels – the more fuel it burns.
*Lighten the load. Don’t haul extra weight in the trunk.
*Keep your vehicle maintained
