College football pick’em

Just when you thought the college football season couldn’t get any crazier, then last weekend happened.
No. 1 LSU loses to Kentucky in overtime and No. 2 Cal uses poor clock management in losing at home to Oregon State.
Being a diehard Ohio State fan, I wasn’t disappointed by those losses.
What’s in store for this week? No one knows but I will try and take a stab at picking this week’s state and top national games. Last week, I went 5-3.

So here goes:

Vanderbilt at No. 6 South Carolina
Spurrier is 14-0 against Vandy. Make it 15-0 ... USC by 7

Central Michigan at Clemson
Tigers get back on track ... Clemson by 24

Presbyterian at Coastal Carolina
Bennett gets 100th win and defeats alma mater ... Coastal by 4

S.C. State at Hampton
Loser is eliminated from MEAC race ... Hampton by 3

Elon at Wofford
Phoenix are one of SoCon’s most improved teams, but this is Terriers’ year ... Wofford by 17

The Citadel at Western Carolina
Trap game for Bulldogs, who are coming off big win over Furman ... The Citadel by 14

Top 25
No. 2 South Florida at Rutgers (Thursday)
Clock strikes midnight for Bulls ... Rutgers by 7

No. 18 Auburn at No. 5 LSU
Tough to beat LSU at night in Death Valley ... LSU by 13

No. 14 Florida at No. 8 Kentucky
Can Wildcats pull off two straight at home against SEC powers? Not likely ... Florida by 4

No. 22 Texas Tech at No. 14 Missouri
100 combined points and 1,000 yards of total offense isn’t out of the question ... Missouri by 4

Well here is what I think about this weekend's picks. Let me know how you guys feel about the weekend’s action.
