Black Friday: Heading into the fray
Wish me luck everyone. This is a time of year when I often choose to avoid stores altogether, unless there's some special gift out there for someone I love at an amazing price. Well, anyway, wish me luck, I'm going in...Last year, I went to WalMart on Black Friday for a gift for my father-in-law, and I saw things that day I never want to see again. Little blue haired ladies grappling on the floor of WalMart with support pantyhose and orthopedic shoes flying everywhere, all over popcorn tins. I had never realized there was such a high demand for stale flavored popcorn before that day.
I'll be checking back in periodically to let you know how it's going and if I survived. Hang in there people, it's going to get a little wild out there!
