Black Friday Begins

Black Friday is here and I'm out in the middle of it. The drive over to Florence this morning was like any other morning to me. Not a lot of fuss. I actually thought it wasn't going to be a lot of people out like I thought. By the time I hit David McLeod Blvd., I quickly learned that I was wrong. Circuit City's parking lot was no more. Cars were parked along the grass and I knew there was no way I would find a spot.

So, I went ahead to Magnolia Mall. It didn't seem to be an extremely large crowd to me. My first stop was J C Penney. I went in through the entrance by the customer service department and it seemed fairly quiet. That was until I got around to the shoe section. There were mostly women there trying to buy boots, stillettos and more.

Needless to say I wasn't one of those women. Each store in the mall had its fair share of a crowd. If you haven't gotten out here already, it's not that bad. You still have time to catch a sale and the stores, as of right now, don't have clothes, shoes and electronics scattered everywhere.
