Wow, what a game

So the co-ed softball team I play on, D’Lucks, are now 10-1.  It was almost 9-2 last night though.

Living in relative anonymity

Sometimes it’s good when the public doesn’t recognize me as a newspaper editor.

Thanks Mr. Food!

If you watch our noon newscast here on News13 you’re probably familiar with Mr. Food.  Last week, Mr. Food made Baked Ziti, which is one of my favorite dishes.  And, the recipe looked pretty simple.  So, I got the recipe off the web and I made the dish this weekend.

Around the Table - Autumn Moodswings

Welcome back! Go ahead and take your seat. I’ve put some extra napkins out today as this week’s offerings are extra juicy. Can you smell the apple pastry in the oven? I’ll share the recipe with you before you go. Let me just give the pot one last stir ... perfect! Everything’s ready, so let’s dine, shall we?

Up WAY Before Breakfast!

The move to the morning show, so far, has been exciting, enjoyable, and, thanks to naps, not very sleepy!

Soy muy malo a hablando Espanol

I probably butchered that headline, but my point is that I am terrible at learning Spanish. I’ve taken so many years of it that I can’t remember them all. I took it all through high school and now through most of my college years and yet I still have no idea how to conjugate verbs in Spanish!
