I like NASCAR and would consider myself a fan but I really don’t have a favorite driver.
But if I did, one of them would definitely be Mark Martin.
So the Pirates just shut out the Atlanta Braves for the second straight day, and so far, I’ve been impressed.

I love red, I love plain walls, I love baseball, and I love bored ball players. This one is from the Knight’s game yesterday.
Been to a few minor league games in my time, but until recently, I had never been to Charlotte to see the Knights.
I took pictures at the 25th annual Southern Plant and Flower Festival at the Pee Dee State Farmers Market today. These pictures were two of my favorites, but they lost their OOMPH when I converted them to black and white. So here they are!!

Jim Spencer of Mullins carries away the male koi fish he purchased at the festival. Spencer’s wife purchased a female koi earlier in the day and they decided to get her a companion.

Hudson hit for the cycle Monday, becoming the second Dodger to accomplish that feat. Wes Parker was the only other Dodger to do it.
The Wilson High School baseball field has amazing light at just the right angle for amazing photographs as the sun goes down. I worked this angle hoping for a really cool moment. One of the Wilson baseball coaches stands on the third base line as the sun goes down during the Wilson Tigers game against the West Florence Knights on Wednesday, April 8, 2009.
That’s Life: Psst. Psst. Bark. Yeah, over here. I’m Rascal, a dog that lives and roams in Hannah, S.C. ... I have a few tips for the Obama’s newest family member… Bo…
Hootie and the Blowfish might not be making any albums together anymore but they sure know how to put on a golf tournament.
So, while tuning into the Pirates game on Sunday, something happened that I didn’t expect.
